Where should I install it?+
Use only in locations permitted by the instructions supplied with the exact unit. Positioning matters, so never rely on a website summary instead of the product manual.
What should I do if it alarms?+
Stop using any suspected appliance if safe, go outside and get advice. Call National Health Service 111 if you think you have symptoms. Call 999 for severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, sudden confusion or loss of consciousness.
Does it replace appliance maintenance?+
No. Keep boilers, heaters, cookers, fires, chimneys and flues properly installed, serviced and ventilated.
What warranty cover is included?+
