Changing your mind
For online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
To begin a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order details. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging and supplied accessories. We may make a reasonable deduction if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product reduces its value.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend retaining proof of postage. If the product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, contact us before returning it so an appropriate remedy and return arrangement can be provided.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Where required, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge; any extra amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount.
One-year warranty
Foreguard products include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing faults arising under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or ordinary wear. This warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
