100-day money-back guarantee
You may try Foreguard at home for up to 100 days after delivery. If it is not right for you, contact us within that period and return it for a refund of the product price — no questions asked.
To begin a return, use our Contact page or email foreguard1@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Your statutory 14-day cancellation right
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the cancellation period expires. You may contact us through the Contact page, email us, or use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this policy. You do not have to use the form.
After telling us that you are cancelling, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Condition of returned goods
Please return the product complete and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging and supplied accessories. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. For a statutory cancellation, we may reduce the refund if the product’s value has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return under either the statutory cancellation right or Foreguard’s 100-day guarantee, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
If the product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate remedy and return arrangement.
Refunds
For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service where a delivery charge was paid. Additional amounts paid for enhanced delivery are not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and within the time required by law.
Returns made only under Foreguard’s voluntary 100-day guarantee qualify for a refund of the product price. Original or return delivery costs are not refundable under the voluntary guarantee unless required by law or agreed by Foreguard.
Faulty or damaged goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us promptly with your order details and, where helpful, photographs or a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
One-year warranty
Foreguard products include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing faults arising under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or ordinary wear. Proof of purchase may be requested.
This warranty and the 100-day guarantee are additional to, and do not replace or restrict, your statutory rights.
